This database contains citations and abstracts to articles appearing in approximately 9,000 periodicals dealing with life science.
It covers literature from 1990-present and is updated quarterly.
Biological Sciences Set
Biological Sciences is an interdisciplinary database of subfiles which offer abstracts and citations to a wide range of research in biomedicine, biotechnology, zoology and ecology, and some aspects of agriculture and veterinary science. Dates of coverage vary from subfile to subfile; they range from 1978 to date to 1993 to date. Some articles may be available in full text. In your results set, you will see a "Locate Document" link; click on this link for the "Go Get It - Document Acquisition Feature." If full text is available, there will be clickable link such as "Retrieve Electronic Full Text via ..."; if full text is not available, there will be a message: "This document is not available via a direct link from this database."
