Description Human Cortical Neurons (HCN) are isolated from human healthy brain cortex. HCN are cryopreserved directly after isolation in vials containing 1 million cells and delivered frozen. They are guaranteed to further culture under the conditions provided in the data sheet; however, HCN are not recommended for expanding or long-term cultures since the cells do not proliferate in culture.
